November 2018 already!!   Just a special mention to Margery (you know who you are) for the suggestion of revamping our information flier who correctly pointed out that the old leaflets were too busy and not really the best colours to help other stroke patients and their families.   So towards the end of October we had the new ones printed and they have been distributed in several locations and guess what!?   They work….as a result of the new leaflets / fliers we have had our biggest attendance at our weekly drop ins in October so it bodes well for the coming months.   In a little recognition of the suggestion we have welcomed Tracey, Neil, Mark, Cory, Sue, Ann & Kate to our drop in within the last few weeks, not good that they have had strokes but great being able to assist them in one way or another.   Also this month we are undertaking one of our infamous Awareness sessions which is free to attend and is in a central location in Stockport at 5pm on the 20th November, if you would like to attend please kindly give us a call on 03330 055 2197 or via email contactus@strokeinformation.co.uk       #WeCareBecauseWeveBeenThere

Had a great day at our local Morrisons where we met about a dozen stroke survivors who now know we exist and that is more rewarding than you could ever know.
