Tis the season to be jolly once again, but as we celebrate this wonderful time of the year, it is also a time to take stock, reflect, remember lost ones (as if we ever forget them) and look at certain things like milestones and I often question myself to say are we as the Charity making a difference……   Well simply YES we are…….its all about HOPE and BELIEF, COURAGE and FAITH.

To give you a little example one of our recent achievements was with a young widowed stroke survivor parent, so that’s a chap who lost his partner, had his stroke, then lost his mum, which left him with 3 young children.   HARD right???   Well when we were undertaking one of our sessions he admitted that he wanted to learn to drive to show any doubters that despite everything he could achieve something.   Well I am pleased to say that we got this stroke survivor a provisional licence and we also managed to secure 40 yes forty!!   driving lessons and yesterday was his first one and he absolutely loved it and smashed it……..not the car, i mean he felt brilliant!!!!!   Thats just a little bit of what StrokeInformation is all about.
