Firstly let me thank each and everyone of you who help me along DRY JANUARY – I did it…..raising vital funds along the way for our charity, yes I managed a whole 31 days and nights without touching a drop and I genuinely feel better for it.   That said I am not going to even contemplate Dry Feb as that is just taking the michael.   Anyway said good bye to a good friend and member of the Stockport County Family today, Ray Johnson RIP, a bloody good egg and ironically a very very good friend of Derek Bleek who happens to be Duncan’s (My Old School Buddy’s) Dad what a small world indeed (wouldn’t like to paint it or hoover it for that matter)

In honour of Ray it is indeed time to “Get Back” – The Beatles, get back to helping others impacted by Stroke.   God Bless
