OK really beginning to pick up pace now with people interested in what we doing and the future of StrokeInformation, so thank you for telling peopJust want to share the incident at the hospital yesterday, a patient who has been on a feeding tube for weeks, is now off the tube, still in a wheel chair and still determined to bounce back he is getting stronger every day and during the communications group we play many games including the higher lower game with cards (Which he cheats at) and others including hang man and this chap can’t talk yet but its getting there, yesterday he was playing the game and suddenly burst out with LAMB HOT POT. Amazing, truly amazing and I don’t even like Lamb !!!! Keep it going Pal, you will get there just believe.

Today..A patient who has been isolated in a room because that was their choice has recently moved into the ward after a little chat with John,  advising the that they would recover much better if they were on a ward, today for the first time they joined in at the communications group as they were feeling amongst friends (People who’d been there) and guess what the cheeky so and so won several games beating the rest of us, hands down.    So so rewarding and I mean so rewarding.

Another ex patient, is a big Man Utd fan and never ever been to Old Trafford a little birdy told me !!  guess what he and his children are going now !!  they are going on the VIP tour and whatsmore Ive arranged lunch at the RED CAFE for them.
